摘　　要：本文通过检索和分析国内外有关职业韧性的文献资料,对其概念、测量方法、理论模型及研究进展进行综述,介绍其在国内外护理管理中的应用现状,旨在为我国护理人力资源管理提供依据.This article reviewed the concept,measuring methods,theoretical models and research progress of career resilience by retrieving and analyzing related literature at home and abroad. Besides,this paper also introduced its application in nursing management at home and abroad so as to provide the basis for nursing human resource management of China.
