金代医者的社会地位探析

摘　　要：北宋儒医的出现使医者的地位有所改观,金代受北宋影响,医者在社会地位上又有新的变化。具体表现在:金代医者的入仕途径更趋多样、医官品阶的提高且仕途上升更为通畅,医官通过自己的努力可转任为文官或武官;文人开始把医者作为自己交游的对象,弃儒从医的现象屡见不鲜,儒者把业医作为自己职业的选择。金代医者在医疗活动中所具有的仁爱、高尚的品行都有助于医者群体社会地位的提升。Owing to the emergence of confucian physicians in Northern Song Dynasty,changed the sta-tus of physicians. Jin Dynasty affected by Northern Song Dynasty, the physicians status existed new chan-ges. lt}s specific in the channels that the physician of Jin Dynasty step in official caeer verge on various;the rank of medical officers were improved and official caeer were went up more expedite. The medical officers could transferred civil official or military attache by their endeavor. The literary began to kept company with the physician. The phenomena that literary gave up Confucianism and took up medical were common occurance？ the literary regarded practise medica as a choice of career. The physician of Jin Dynasty in the medical activities with the kindheartedness and high moral got praise that help to promote the social status of the physician group.
