省区尺度的灌溉效益分摊系数计算与分析

摘　　要：粮食生产是多种因素共同作用的结果,确定各个因子的贡献率是一项十分复杂的工作,文中仅仅从宏观经济角度进行了初步探讨。灌溉效益分摊系数是评价灌溉工程经济效益和进行灌溉工程投资决策的重要参数,将C-D生产函数应用于省区尺度的灌溉效益分摊系数计算,得出的是一个多年平均值。通过计算与分析发现灌溉效益分摊系数呈现明显的地域特征,并与降雨关系密切。The grain production is the result of interaction of multiple factors,then determining the contribution rate of each factor is a very complex work.The paper only carries out preliminary discussion from the view of macroeconomic.The share coefficient of irrigation benefit is an important parameter for the economic benefit evaluation and investment decision of the irrigation project.The C-D production function is applied in the calculation of share coefficient of irrigation benefit in provincial scale to gain an average annual value.Through the calculation and analysis,it is found that the share coefficient of irrigation benefit has obvious territorial characteristics,and is closely related to the precipitation.
