摘　　要：本文分析了参考文献著录中存在的故意漏引、假引和过度自引等不良行为,这些行为严重干扰学术评价的准确性,滋生学术腐败,败坏社会风气。提出了落实学术失范行为惩处机制、完善学术评价制度和加强学术道德建设等方法防范参考文献著录中的不良行为。This paper firstly analyzes the misconducts in the references, such as false citation, excessive self - citation and so on. They seriously disturb the accuracy of academic evaluation and cause academic corruption. And then this paper puts forward some sugges-tion on the implementation of academic misconduct behavior punishment mechanism, improvement of the academic evaluation system and the construction of academic morality so as to prevent the bad behavior of the references.
