脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的水平,探讨Lp-PLA2与AD之间的关系。方法方便选取2013年10月—2016年10月期间江苏省常熟市第二人民医院神经内科42例AD患者为研究对象,并选取同期45名健康体检者作为对照组,检测受试者血浆中Lp-PLA2水平,并对AD患者进行认知功能障碍程度的评定。结果 AD组Lp-PLA2血浆水平为(242.3±58.1)μg/L,健康对照组为(209.5±60.2)μg/L,AD患者Lp-PLA2水平明显高于健康对照组,且与痴呆程度呈正相关。结论 Lp-PLA2是目前反映动脉粥样硬化的有效指标,其水平与疾病严重程度具有相关性,可用来辅助判定患者的痴呆程度。Objective To analyze the correlation between the lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 and alzheimer's disease. Methods Convenient selection 42 cases of AD patients in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected and 45 cases of healthy physical examination people at the same period were selected as the control group, and the Lp-PLA2 level in plasma of subjects was tested and the cognitive dysfunction degree of AD patients was evaluated. Results The Lp-PLA2 plasma level in the AD group and in the healthy control group was respectively(242.3±58.1)μg/L and(209.5±60.2)μg/L, and the Lp-PLA2 level of AD patients was obviously higher than that in the healthy control group, and it was positively correlated with the dementia degree. Conclusion The Lp-PLA2 is an effective index of reflecting the atherosclerosis, and the level has a certain correlation with the severity of diseases and it can be used for auxiliary determination of dementia degree of patients.
