摘 要:采用对比强度法与结合水率法,分别研究了机械活化、有氧与无氧热活化对硅藻土火山灰活性的影响,运用XRD,BET,IR,SEM法对其进行表征。研究表明:硅藻土机械活化15 min后,600℃无氧热活化2 h,使得火山灰活性达到最大值,火山灰活性指数从50.2%增加到80.3%,提高30.1%,结合水率从6.24%增加到37.21%,提高30.97%;并且硅藻土火山灰活性在无氧条件下热活化高于有氧热活化,无氧热活化比有氧热活化的火山灰活性指数提高9.6%,结合水率提高8.22%。The effects of grinding,aerobic and anaerobic calcination on the volcanic ash activity of diatomite were studied by the contrast intensity method and combined water rate method, it was characterized by XRD,BET,IR and SEM. The results show that diatomite is mechanical activated for 15 min,the activation temperature of 2 h is 600 ℃,and the maximum activity is reached,the volcanic ash activity index increases from 50. 2% to 80. 3%,increased by 30. 1%. Water content from 6. 24% to 37.21%,increased by 30. 97%. Moreover,under anaerobic conditions the volcanic ash activity of diatomite is higher than that of aerobic thermal activation,and the activity ratio of oxygen free thermal activation is9. 6% higher than that of aerobic thermal activation,and the binding water rate is increased by 8. 22%.
