当代名老中医治疗冠心病的组方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的利用数据挖掘技术对当代名老中医治疗冠心病的组方用药规律进行分析,为临床医师诊治冠心病提供参考。方法以中国万方医学网、维普医药信息资源系统、中国知网和《当代名老中医典型医案集》中的医案为数据源,按照统一标准处理后录入数据库,采用频数分析、因子分析等方法分析其组方用药规律。结果研究共纳入名老中医165名,医案416则,药物290味,共5 402频次,使用频率最高的前十味药分别是:丹参、甘草、川芎、瓜蒌、黄芪、当归、半夏、茯苓、人参、薤白,温性药物使用频率最高,甘、苦、辛为主要药味,归经主要为心、肺、脾经;因子分析总结出名老中医常用药物组合体11个,显示出名老中医针对不同病因病机灵活辨证用药。结论益气、活血、化痰是名老中医治疗冠心病的主要治法。Objective Based on data mining technology,the regularity of prescription and medicine in treating coronary heart disease（CHD）by contemporary distinguished veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）was analyzed.Methods Articles and cases in WanFang data,VIP medical information resources system,China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）and Contemporary Distinguished Veteran Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine Typical Medical Cases were retrieved.According to the unified standard trim and input database,we analyzed drugs regularity of distinguished veteran doctors of TCM for treatment CHD using frequency analysis and factor analysis.Results Studies were included in 165 distinguished veteran doctors of TCM,416 cases,290 drugs,5 402 frequency.The top frequency of Chinese herbal medicines was Salvia miltiorrhiza,glycyrrhiza,Ligusticum wallichii,Trichosanthes kirilowii,Astragalus,Angelica sinensis,Pinellia ternate,Poria cocos,ginseng.Panax,allium macrostemon,respectively.The highest frequency was warm herbal medicine.Sweet,bitter and xin was as main pharmaceutical taste.Heart,lung and spleen was as main channel tropism.Factor analysis summarized eleven kinds of drug combinations.Results showed that distinguished veteran doctors of TCM flexible dialectical prescribe on different etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion The main prescription in treating CHD by distinguished veteran doctors of TCM was tonifying qi,promoting blood circulation and dissipating phlegm.
