红色文化资源在理想信念教育中的应用——以闽西党员干部理想信念教育为例

摘　　要：在分析整理闽西丰富的红色文化资源,提出红色化资源是党员干部理想信念教育的优质资源的基础上,主要通过红色文化资源在闽西党员干部理想信念教育中应用现状做问卷调查,发现党员干部对红色文化资源认知良好、对其价值观引领作用认同度高、红色文化资源在党员干部理想信念教育中的应用多为个体自觉行为、实效有待加强,因此,红色文化资源在党员干部理想信念教育中的应用应加强政府引导,建立长效机制;引入市场机制,强化媒介驱动;树立以人为本,增强实效。On the basis of analyzing and reorganizing the rich red cultural resources in Western Fujian, it is concluded that the red cultural resources are the high-quality resources of the education for the party members’ and cadres’ ideal and belief. Mainly through the questionnaire on the application situation of the red cultural recourses in the education for the party members’ and cadres’ ideal and be-lief, it is found that the cognition of the party members and cadres about the red cultural recourses in Western Fujian is excellent, and the cognition of the party members and cadres about the value guidance of the red cultural recourses is high. The application in the ideal and belief education in the party members and cadres depends on the individuaTs conscious activity mostly. The effectiveness of the educa-tional role of the red cultural recourses is awaited to be heightened. Finally, the methods of the application in the ideal and belief educa-tion of the red cultural recourses for the party members and cadres are presented, namely, strengthening the guidance of the local govern- ment, constructing the long-term mechanism of the education, intensifying the role of media, setting up the human-oriented idea and en-hancing the effectiveness.
