平潭综合实验区开放开发中的对台传播策略研究

摘　　要：福建平潭综合实验区的发展定位是两岸交流合作的先行区和海峡西岸科学发展的先导区。通过调查法、访谈法对平潭对台传播现状进行调研,发现平潭对台传播过程中存在宣传的内容与建设的实际情况存在一定的距离,沟通范围不够广泛,并缺少有效的落地台湾传播载体,不能很好地满足台湾受众的需求等不足。结合平潭实际,从传播团队的建构、目标受众的界定、传播议题的设定、传播媒体的选择等四个方面提出平潭综合实验区对台传播策略。The orientation of development for Pingtan Comprehensive Experimentation Area is the pioneer area of cross-strait exchange and cooperation and the leading area of the west coast of the Taiwan strait.Through investigation and interview, it is found that there is a certain gap between the publicity and the reality,the scope of communication is limited,the lack of the relevant representative media in Taiwan,and failure to meet Taiwan audience’s demand,etc.ln the paper,based on the reality of Pingtan,such 4 aspects as construction of a team,the definition of the target audience ,agenda setting and media selection are discussed for the goal of effective publicity strategy to-ward Taiwan.
