摘  要:随着对大型吊装起重、船舶、打捞等需求的不断增加,海工钢丝绳的需求量也随之增多,对海工钢丝绳捻制质量、结构及性能均提出更高的要求。针对常用的粗直径辊压面接触海工钢丝绳存在的问题,对生产工艺参数进行优化和改进:选用合适的压线瓦,压线瓦留有0.5~2.0 mm间隙;合股时,在瓦口处加绑线,股扭转应力角度控制在0°^+270°,确保股捻制均匀、紧密;股的捻距倍数不大于9.0倍股径,辊压后股径公差控制在0.05 mm内;合绳预变形器的偏差控制在0~2 mm。With the continuous development of requirement such as large lifting crane,ship,salvage and so on,the demanded quantity of wire rope for marine increase with it,the higher requirement on laying quality,structure and property of wire rope for marine is put forward. Aiming at the problem existing at large diameter roller press plane contacted wire rope commonly used to marine engineering,the production process parameters are optimized and improved. To select proper wire stranding die,the gap is set 0. 5 ~ 2. 0 mm in wire stranding die. To add binding wire on die edging in wire lay,strand torsion stress angle is controlled 0° ~ + 270°to ensure strand lay even and compacted. Lay pitch multiple of strand should be no more than 9. 0 times strand diameter,the strand diameter tolerance is controlled within 0. 05 mm after roller press,the tolerance of wire close pre-deformation is controlled 0 ~ 2 mm.
