超特高压变电站便携式气动短路接地装置研制及应用

摘　　要：超高压及特高压变电站因其电压等级高,安全距离大,使得设备垂直高度大,给接地线的装拆带来巨大挑战。针对超高压及特高压变电站装拆接地线的需求,研制了一种便携式气动短路接地装置,介绍了短路接地装置的结构设计、部件设计,并计算短路接地装置的相关参数。该装置成功应用于超高压及特高压变电站设备装拆接地线,具有体积小、重量轻、操作简单、安全可靠等特点,为设备检修工作带来巨大便利。The ultra-high and extra-high voltage transformer substations have the high voltage level and the long safe distance with the high vertical height of the equipment, which brings great challenges for the installation and disassembly of the grounding wire. According to the requirement of the installation and disassembly of the grounding wire of ultra-high and extra-high voltage transformer substation, this pa-per developed a kind of portable pneumatic grounding device, introduced the structure and component design of short-circuit grounding de-vice and calculated its related parameters. This device is successfully applied in the ultra-high and extra-high voltage transformer substations for the equipment to install and remove the grounding wire, with the features such as small volume, light weight, simple operation, safety and reliability and so on, which brings great convenience for the equipment overhaul work.
