摘　　要：通过对比,分析导致GB/T 19941-2005中色谱法和分光光度法测试结果差异的因素。结果表明,衍生剂的pH值是导致结果差异的主要因素,其次是衍生时的温度。By Contrast, the factors that lead to differences in chromatography and spectrophotometry inGB/T 19941-2005 were analyzed. The results showed that the difference was mainly caused by the PH ofthe derivative agent, followed by the derived temperature.
