摘 要:以山茶油为原材料,通过与乙醇进行酯交换后,再与浓硫酸反应制备了山茶油加脂剂。用碳纳米管与山茶油加脂剂进行超声共混,制备了碳纳米管改性山茶油加脂剂。研究了超声共混时,各因素对加脂剂应用性能的影响。以加脂革样的撕裂强度为考察指标,碳纳米管改性山茶油加脂剂的优化实验方案为:碳纳米管用量0.05%,超声温度40℃,超声时间10 min。经其加脂的皮革样品的撕裂强度最大,达到70.3 N/mm^2。Camellia oil was used as the raw material in this paper. Camellia oil fatliquor was synthesizedafter ester-exchange with ethyl alcohol and reacting with concentrated sulfuric acid. The camellia oilfatliquor was mixed with carbon nanotubes by using ultrasonic method. The effects of ultrasonic conditionson the application performance of the fatliquor were investigated. The tear strength of leather samples wasregarded as the main research target. The optimal ultrasonic conditions were carbon nanotubes dosage of0.05%, ultrasonic temperature of 40℃, ultrasonic reaction time 10 minutes, which were determined byorthogonal experiment. The tear strength of leather sample reached the highest 70.3 N/mm^2.
