摘　　要：地方高校建设应用技术大学、培养应用型人才,不仅需要重视职业技能教育,还需要重视人文素质教育。面对地方高校人文素质教育受"排挤"而被边缘化的现状,学校决策者需要转变思维方式,加大投入引进人文学者,重视人文学科教学,开展多学科的人文知识讲座,创造条件引导大学生开展丰富多彩的社团活动和课外人文阅读,努力提升应用型人才的人文素养。Constructing colleges and universities of applied sciences and cultivating applied talents in local colleges and Universities should pay attention to vocational technique education as well as the humanis-tic quality education. Facing the current situation that humanistic quality education is marginalized in the lo-cal colleges and universities,the decision makers of these colleges and universities should change their ways of thinking and try to improve the students＇ humanistic quality through these a sp e c ts： introducing humanists by the enhancement of investment,focusing on the teaching of humanities,developing multi - disciplinary lectures on the subject of human knowledge and creating conditions to guide students to carry out a variety of community activities and ex tra-cu rricu lar humanistic reading.
