摘  要:基于Mixture模型,采用"冻结转子法"对一污水泵输送固液两相流时的内部流场进行定常流动的数值计算,重点比较2种扩散体结构和3种叶片出口角对泵水力性能和过流部件磨损特性的影响规律。结果表明:弯曲扩散体和直扩散体结构对模型泵的外特性影响并不显著;具有弯曲扩散体的泵模型比具有直扩散体的泵模型的计算扬程和效率都要偏高,但二者差别十分有限;直扩散体污水泵受到的固体颗粒磨损更小;随着叶片出口角的增加,扬程呈现增加趋势,而对效率曲线影响并不显著;叶片出口角为30°的直扩散体污水泵的水力性能和磨损特性最好。In this paper, the internal steady solid - liquid two - phase flow inside a sewage pump was numerically calculated by u-sing the “frozen rotor method” and Mixture model. The hydraulic performance and wear characteristics of flow components were em-phatically compared and analyzed for the pump with two kinds of diffusion structures and three kinds of blade outlet angles. Research results show that for the curving diffusion and the straight diffusion structure, there is no significant impact on the external performance of the pump. The calculated head and efficiency of the pump with the curving diffusion are slightly higher than that of the straight diffu-sion pump, but the difference between them is very limited. Comparatively, the wall wear is slighter when the sewage pump is with the straight diffusion. With the increase of blade outlet angle, the pump heads show an increasing trend , while the impact on the efficiency curve is not significant. The research manifest that the pump model with blade outlet angle of 30° and straight diffusion has relatively good hydraulic performance and wear properties.
