摘　　要：氯氮平是目前基层医院和社区使用频率较高的抗精神病药,是治疗难治性精神分裂症的一线用药。氯氮平会引起白细胞减少或增多、粒细胞缺乏等问题。本文简要综述氯氮平所致白细胞异常处理措施,为安全合理应用氯氮平提供参考。Clozapine is a currently highly used antipsychotic drug in the primary hospital and the community, and is the first-line drug for the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. However, it can cause leukopenia or leukocytosis, agranulocytosis and other is-sues. The purpose of this review is to provide a reference for the safe and rational use of Clozapine through a brief summar of the re-search progress of the treatment measures about Clozapine-induced leukocyte abnormalities.
