黄芪注射液联合川芎注射液穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液联合川芎注射液穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组予黄芪注射液联合川芎注射液穴位注射,对照组予甲钴胺注射液穴位注射,2组均每日治疗1次,10 d为1个疗程,疗程之间间隔3 d,治疗3个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效及H-B面神经功能评分。结果 2组治疗前及治疗1个疗程后H-B评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2个疗程和3个疗程后,治疗组H-B评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗3个疗程后,2组的总有效率均为100%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的痊愈率为80%,显著高于对照组的40%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.667,P<0.01)。结论黄芪注射液联合川芎注射液穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Zhusheye combined with Chuanxiong Zhu- sheye in treating peripheral facial paralysis by means of acupoint injection. Methods 100 cases were divided into treatment group and control group ,50 cases of each. The treatment group was given Huangqi Zhusheye and Chuan- xiong Zhusheye through acupoints. The control group was intervened with mecobalamin injection. Treatment was conducted 1 time a day,10 days as 1 course;3-day interval was between 2 courses. Clinical efficacy and score of H-B facial nerve function of 2 groups were compared after 3 courses. Results There was no significance in compa- ring H-B scores of 2 groups before treatment and after 1 course （ P〉0.05 ） ; after 2 courses and 3 courses, H-B scores of treatment group was much lower than that of control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01 ）. As 3 courses finished,the total effective rates of 2 were 100% ,no any statistical significance （P〉0.05） ; the cure rate of treatment group was 80%, which was much higher than that of control group （40%）, there was a significant difference （X^2 = 16.667 ,P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The combined therapy has a definite curative effect in treating peripheral facial paralysis. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
