摘　　要：自噬是通过溶酶体的介导,并对废弃的蛋白质及细胞器的降解过程,且维持着细胞内环境的稳定。目前采用肾移植治疗终末肾病已广泛开展,而自噬与肾移植缺血/再灌注损伤(I/R)和术后免疫抑制剂的应用都有着密切关系。本文就自噬在肾移植过程中的作用的相关机制做一综述。Autophagy the process of degradation of was te proteins and organelles mediated by lysosomes,which maintains the stability of the intracellular environment. Currently, renal transplantation has been widely used in the treatment of end-stage renal disease, and autophagy is closely related to renal transplantation ischemia/reperfusion injury（I/R） and application of immunosuppressive agents after operation. This article reviews the mechanism of autophagy in renal transplantation.
