摘  要:本文提出一种新型的110kV双回路窄基角钢塔,并研究其结构优化设计。文中采用有限元法的梁和桁架混合单元建立窄基角钢塔结构的力学模型;采用萤火虫算法,以结构强度、稳定性和挠度为约束条件,以结构的重量为优化目标,对窄基角钢塔各杆件截面尺寸进行优化设计。优化分析结果减轻了窄基角钢塔结构重量,达到了充分利用各杆件的力学性能和节约成本的目的。本文结构优化设计的方法可为同类工程提供借鉴。The aim of this paper is to propose a new 110kV double-circuit narrow-base angle steel power tower and study its optimum design. First, the mechanical model of the narrow-base angle steel tower was estab- lished by using the three dimensional beam and truss elements of the finite element method. Second, taking the total weight of all the members of the tower as the optimum objective and the structural strength, stability and deformation requirements as the constraint conditions, the optimum design was implemented for the cross-section size of different elements of narrow-base angle steel tower using the firefly algorithm and finite element method. As a result, most components of the optimum tower show the reasonable mechanical property and the cost of construction is considerably saved. The present structural optimum design process can provide reference for the similar electric power towers.
