摘  要:钢纤维与水泥基材料界面过渡区的粘结强度是一项重要的力学性能参数,一般通过纤维拔出试验测得。为了研究钢纤维水泥基材料的粘结性能,利用内聚力模型模拟了钢纤维增强水泥基材料的界面荷载传递。内聚单元本构关系采用双线性张开应力-位移模型。采用试验与有限元相结合的方法确定内聚力模型的相关参数,并通过其他试验数据对选取参数进行验证。对内聚力参数进行分析,得到内聚力模型参数对纤维拔出特性的影响规律,结果表明内聚力模型的临界断裂能与界面承载力正相关而与界面刚度负相关,最大应力值与界面刚度正相关。给出了合理选取内聚力参数的方法以及纤维水泥基材料界面的内聚力参数值。The interracial strength between steel fiber and cement matrix is an important parameter, general- ly measured by fiber pull-out test. In order to study the bond behavior of steel fiber cement based materials, a cohesive zone model was employed to simulate the load transfer of steel fiber reinforced cement matrix compos- ites. The constitutive relationship is a bilinear stress-deformation model. Relevant parameters in the cohesive zone model were obtained through comparing numerical and experimental results, verified by other experimental data. The influence of cohesive parameters on the pull-out properties of the fiber was studied by analyzing the cohesive parameters. The results showed that the critical fracture energy of cohesive zone model is positively re- lated to the interracial bearing capacity and negatively related to the interracial stiffness, and the maximum stress value is positively related to the interracial stiffness. The method of choosing the cohesive parameters was pro- posed and the cohesive parameters of fiber cement-based material interface was obtained.
