摘　　要：China-Russia economic and trade cooperation has been developing fast and its prospect is great.The bilateral trade volume neared USD 70 billion in 2016.China has become the secondlargest export destination and the largest source of import of Russia.Regarding foreign direct investment,Russia has played an important role in terms of investment flow and stock.China’s direct investment in Russia amounted to USD 2.961 billion in2015,second only to SingaporeChina-Russia economic and trade cooperation has been developing fast and its prospect is great. The bilateral trade volume neared USD 70 billion in 2016. China has become the second-largest export destination and the largest source of import of Russia. Regarding foreign direct investment, Russia has played an important role in terms of investment flow and stock.
