癫痫患者奥卡西平血药浓度与性别、年龄的关系评估

摘　　要：目的:评估性别及年龄对癫痫患者奥卡西平血药浓度的影响。方法:对服用奥卡西平(OXC)的268例癫痫患者进行血清10-羟基卡马西平(MHD)浓度检测,使用统计分析软件SPSS分析癫痫患者性别、年龄对MHD血清浓度的影响。结果:在服用奥卡西平推荐剂量的癫痫患者血清MHD浓度在不同性别组无统计学差异(P>0.05);相同条件下,不同年龄组患者血清MHD浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥卡西平活性代谢产物MHD的血清浓度与性别、年龄无相关性。使用奥卡西平治疗的癫痫患者应定期进行血药浓度监测,及时根据血药浓度调整用药剂量,避免药物不良反应。Objective： To evaluate the effect of sex and age on oxaliplatin plasma concentration in epilepsy patients, Methods： Serum levels of 10-hydroxy carbamazepine （MHD） were measured in 268 epilepsy patients treated with oxacillipine （OXC）. SPSS was used to analyze the effect of gender and age on MHD serum concentration in epilepsy patients, Results： There was no significant difference in serum MHD concentration between the different sex groups （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in serum MHD concentration between different age groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The serum concentration of oxacillipine active metabolite MHD has no correlation with sex and age. The use of oxcarbazepine treatment of epilepsy patients should be regularly monitored blood concentration, timely adjustment of drug concentration according to the concentration of blood to avoid adverse drug reactions.
