补肾宁心方对早期先兆流产孕囊周围暗区、血β-HCG、P的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾宁心方联用黄体酮针对早期先兆流产患者孕囊周围暗区、血β-HCG、P的影响。方法:将符合标准的76例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例,观察组予补肾宁心方联用黄体酮针,对照组采用单纯黄体酮针,2组均治疗2周,治疗1周、2周后复查B超,并于治疗前及治疗后1周、2周时各抽取静脉血5ml,测定血清β-HCG及孕酮水平,比较治疗前后孕囊周围液性暗区、血β-HCG及孕酮的差异。结果:补肾宁心方联用黄体酮针的总有效率为92.11%,对照组总有效率78.90%,治疗1-2周后,血清β-HCG水平较治疗前明显上升,(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,孕酮较治疗前上升明显(P<0.05)。观察组液性暗区吸收率(86.84%);对照组液性暗区吸收率(57.89%),(P<0.05),2组比较差异有统计学意义,观察组疗效均优于对照组;结论:补肾宁心方联用黄体酮针治疗早期先兆流产疗效确凿,能明显促进患者孕囊周围液性暗区的吸收,显著提高患者的血β-HCG及孕酮水平,提高保胎的成功率。Objective： To evaluate the Effects of Bushen Ningxin Decoction combined with progestin on Dark area around the gestational sac, serum 15 -HCG and P in patients with early threatened abortion. Methods： 76 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 38 people. The pa- tients in the control group were treated with Bushen Ningxin recipe combine with progesterone and the control group was treated with pure progesterone and the two groups were treated for 2 weeks. B ultrasound was reviewed 1 week and 2 weeks later. The levels of serum β-HCG and progesterone were measured before and 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment. Serum 15 -HCG and progesterone were measured before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of Bushen Ningxin recipe combined with progesterone was 92.11%, the total effective rate of the control group was 78.90%. After 1-2 weeks of treatment, the serum 15 -HCG level was significantly higher than that before treat- ment （P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant and the progesterone increased significantly before treatment （P〈0.05）. The absorbance of the dark area was 86.64% in the observation group higher than 57.89% in the control group and the diffidence was statistically significant. Conclusion： Bushen Ningxin Recipe combined with progesterone needle in the treatment of early threatened abortion is effective, can significantly promote the absorption of the liquid dark area around the gestational sac, significantly improve the patient＇ s blood β-HCG and Progesterone levels, improve the success rate of miscarriage.
