妇炎平合剂促进宫颈术后创面愈合临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察妇炎平合剂治疗宫颈术后阴道排液、出血及创面愈合情况。方法:将因宫颈病变经LEEP、微波手术治疗的72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例,2组均在月经干净3~7d进行宫颈LEEP、微波手术。治疗组在手术结束后口服妇炎平合剂,对照组手术结束后单纯观察。比较2组患者治疗后阴道排液、阴道出血情况。结果:治疗组治疗后阴道排液量、阴道排液时间、阴道出血量及阴道出血时间均显著少于对照组,P<0.05。结论:妇炎平合剂有利于减少宫颈术后阴道排液量及出血量,有利于缩短阴道排液及出血时间,促进伤口愈合。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fuyanping mixture on the vaginal drainage, bleeding and wound healing after cervical surgery. Methods： 72 patients with cervical lesions treated by LEEP and microwave were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group was treated with LEEP and microwave for 3 to 7 days. The treatment group was treated with Fuyanping mixture after the end of the operation, and the control group was observed after the operation. Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding. Results： The vaginal discharge, vaginal discharge time, vaginal bleeding volume and vaginal bleeding time were sig- nificantly less in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fuyanping mixture is beneficial to reduce vaginal discharge and blood loss after cervical surgery, which is helpful to shorten vaginal discharge and bleed- ing time and promote wound healing.
