摘　　要：目的:观察自制强肾通督散特色火疗治疗非湿热型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:72例非湿热型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,治疗组予常规针刺配合自制强肾通督散特色火疗治疗,对照组仅使用常规针刺疗法。比较2组患者治疗前后的VAS疼痛评分,并比较2组治疗有效率。结果:1个疗程以后2组疼痛较治疗前均有所改善,治疗组在疼痛改善方面显著优于对照组;治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异显著。结论:特色火疗配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症优于单纯针刺治疗,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of self-made kidney Tongdu powder characteristics of fire damp heat treatment of non lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 72 cases of non damp heat type of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with homemade kidney Tongdu powder characteristics of fire treatment, the control group only received routine acupuncture therapy. VAS pain scores before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups, and the treatment efficiency of the 2 groups was compared. Results： after 1 courses of treatment, the pain of the 2 groups improved compared with that be- fore the treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of pain, the efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion： the characteristics of fire acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation is superior to simple acupuncture treatment, worthy of promotion in clinical application.
