摘　　要：开发了利用触摸屏实现整个加工过程自动控制及远程操作、监控的钢球加工设备用控制系统,可以使加工过程中工艺参数分3个阶段自动转换,能够对加工过程中的各关键环节进行监控并采取保护措施,提高了机床的智能化水平。The control system of the steel ball processing equipment is developed,which can realize automatic control,remote operation and monitoring of the whole processing process by touch screen,automatically transforming the process parameters in three stages and monitoring the key links during processing and taking protective measures to improve the intelligent level of the machine tool.
