摘　　要：分析大凸度圆柱滚子的加工难点,对凸度量≥100μm的圆柱滚子进行工艺试验,确定的工艺方案为:预磨斜坡+超精工艺,通过加工验证了工艺方案的可行性。The processing difficulties of cylindrical rollers with extra-large convex value are analyzed,and the process test is carried out for cylindrical rollers with convex value greater than or equal to 100 μm. The process scheme is as follows： pre-grinding incline ＋ superfinishing,and the feasibility of process scheme is verified by processing.
