摘　　要：现阶段我厂载货车车架总成侧弯不易控制,为找到影响侧弯的关键因子,需要对纵梁、横梁总成、铆接方法、测量方法等进行数据测量分析和工艺验证,以便为后序零件管控和提升,提供可靠的技术依据。At present our factory truck frame assembly is not easy to control, in order to find out the key factors affecting the lateral bending, the need for longitudinal beam assembly, riveting sequence, measurement method of measurerement data analysis and verification process, so as to control and enhance the follow-up parts, provide areliable basis for the technology.
