摘　　要：目的 探讨和分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆总管损伤的具体原因、治疗方法,以及相关的处理措施等.方法 对我院曾在2012年2 月份到2017 年2 月份所接收的10 例采用三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术后出现胆总管损伤的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对患者的发病原因、治疗方式和预防措施进行探讨.结果 在所选取的10 例患者中,在术中发现损伤并及时进行处理的为8 例,其余2 例是在术后发现胆总管出现损伤并及时给予二次手术,并最终治愈,治愈率为100%.结论 对三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术采取有效的防治和预防措施可以有效的预防胆道并发症的发生几率,对提高患者的治疗效果和康复具有非常重要的作用,在手术中医护人员应严格遵守相关操作规范,提高患者的治愈率.Objective To investigate a nd a nalyze t he specific causes, t reatment methods, a nd related t reatment measuresof cholecystectomy after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods I n our h ospital was i n February 2012 t o February 2012receives 10 cases with three holes of bile duct injury after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with clinical data wereretrospectively analyzed, and the patient because the hair cause of disease, treatment, and prevention measures were discussed.Results In the selection of 10 cases, found in intraoperative injury and disposed for 8 cases, the other 2 cases were found inpostoperative bile duct in damage and give second operation in time, and eventually cure, cure rate is 100%. ConclusionLaparoscopic cholecystectomy three hole take effective prevention and treatment and preventive measures can effectivelyprevent the risk of biliary complications, to improve the effect of treatment and rehabilitation has a very important role, insurgery medical staff should strictly abide by the relevant specifications and improve the cure rate of patients.
