摘　　要：目的 探讨肾移植受者BK 病毒尿症患者接受长期干预的治疗效果.方法 在2008 年5 月到2016 年5 月我院收治的肾移植受者中随机选择无BK 病毒尿症患者和BK 病毒尿症患者各35 例为对照组和观察组,为两组患者使用免疫抑制剂,进行5年随访,比较两组患者BK 病毒的清除状况、肾功能和长期存活率.结果 观察组患者BK 病毒清除率远不及对照组,且清除时间长于对照组;两组患者的肾功能和长期存活率比较不具有统计学意义（P 〉 0. 05）.结论 对肾移植受者BK 病毒尿症患者实施长期干预能够维持肾功能正常,不会影响长期存活,值得大力推广.Objective To i nvestigate t he therapeutic effect of long-term i ntervention i n patients with BK viruria in renaltransplant recipients. Methods From May 2008 to May 2016, 35 renal transplant recipients with BK viruria disease and 35renal transplant recipients without BK viruria disease were randomly and respectively selected for the control group and theobservation group; and patients in these two groups were treated with Immunosuppressive agents and were followed up for5 years. The clearance status, renal function and long - term survival of BK virus were compared between the two groups.Results The removal rate of BK virus in the observation group was far less than that in the control group, and the clearancetime was longer than that of the control group. The renal function and long-term survival rate of the two groups were notstatistically significant （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Long - term intervention of BK viruria in renal transplant recipients canmaintain their normal renal function and will not affect long - term survival of renal. It is worthy to be popularized.
