摘  要:Q345E风电用钢广泛应用于风力发电机组塔架的生产,由于特殊的服役环境,要求Q345E钢须具有良好的耐低温冲击韧性。采用扫描电镜和金相显微镜等手段对Q345E钢板冲击不合试样的断口形貌、夹杂物和组织等进行了检测分析。发现各试样的显微组织由珠光体和铁素体组成,无明显带状组织。Q345E钢板冲击性能不合主要是由大尺寸硅酸盐和CaO-CaS类硬质夹杂物引起。The Q345E steel is well used for manufacturing the tower of wind power generator set. Due to the specialservice environment, good resistance to low temperature impact toughness is required for Q345E steel. The morphology,inclusions and microstructure of the fracture of Q345E steel sheet samples were investigated by scanning electronmicroscope and metallographic microscope. It was found that the microstructure of the specimens consisted of pearlite andferrite, without obvious banded structure. The impact failure of the Q345E steel sheets was mainly caused by large-sizesilicates and CaO-CaS type hard inclusions. The improvement measures were briefly discussed as well.
