摘　　要：在新媒体时代背景下,高等院校学生管理工作者更有效开展教育及管理工作出现了各种各样的问题,本文就如何针对新媒体对该类工作带来的影响进行详细分析,并研究开展高校学生教育及管理工作中出现的一些问题,最后提出有效的应对措施,确保该项工作得以落实,全面提升大学生的教育及管理效率。In the context of the new media era, workers for studentmanagement in higher education institutions are faced with vari-ous problems. Therefore, this paper makes an in-depth analysison the influence of new media on such work and the existingproblems, and finally puts forward corresponding measures, inorder to ensure the implementation of the relevant work and com-prehensively improve the efficiency of college student educationand management.
