摘　　要：国家科技资源共享服务平台从建设阶段进入了运营阶段。为了有效保障平台的长期稳定运行,需要协调各方的利益。熵理论能从系统运行的角度较好地进行多方利益分析。本文从熵的角度对共享服务平台的4种管理运营模式分别进行讨论,分析各种模式下熵值的变化条件以及各种模式的优势和不足,认为现有运营模式对平台的平稳发展产生了重要作用,但平台主管部门、专家委员会、用户委员会的作用还有待加强。Te national science and technology infrastructure service platform being in the stage of operation, it needs to coordinate the interests of all stakeholders, so ensuring effectively operation over a long period.Te entropy theory can be used to analyze interest balance from the system view. Tis paper discusses the four management and operation modes of the platform from the perspective of entropy, analyzes the changing conditions of entropy in various modes, and the advantages and disadvantages of various models. It is considered that the existing operation mode of platform has been played an important role in operational stage, but the role of platform authorities, expert committees, user committees have yet to be strengthened.
