双创背景下的科技信息传播与服务模式探讨——以“万方科创书院”为例

摘　　要：双创是创新2.0时代的创新驱动发展战略的重要举措。在梳理科技信息服务业的行业定位、发展趋势和挑战的基础上,以万方科创书院为案例,阐述其科技信息传播与服务的路径、特点,提出融合科技图书馆、实体书店、科普教育基地和科技众创空间5种业态的"图书馆+"模式,并总结该模式具有的5个特点,即文化融合、载体融合、受众融合、媒介融合和业态融合,最后从科技信息传播与服务的角度对科创书院未来的发展提出发展建议。Mass entrepreneurship ＆ innovation is an important measure of innovation-driven development strategy in the innovation 2.0 era. Te paper illustrates the industry orientation, development trend and challenge of the sci-tech information service industry. Trough taking the Wanfang Kechuang College as the case, it comprehensively analyses the route and characteristics of the science and technology information communication and service. Te paper puts forward the “library ＋” mode, which integrates science and technology library, entity bookstore, popular science education base and makerspace. Ten it summarizes fve characteristics of the model, namely culture fusion, carrier fusion, audience fusion, media fusion and industry integration, Finally, from the point of view of sci-tech information dissemination and service, we puts forward some suggestions for future development of college.
