郑州创建国家一流创新创业城市的借鉴与展望

摘　　要：在大众创业、万众创新的时代背景下,创新创业成为一种新的发展思潮和动力引擎。中央和地方纷纷出台政策支持创新创业城市建设,创新创业城市已经成为一种新的城市发展思路和方向。借鉴硅谷、深圳、杭州、成都等国际国内一流创新创业城市的先进做法和经验,结合郑州的基础实际和地区特色,郑州市应强化开放、创新、创业三元协同驱动,加速集聚创新创业高端人才,充分利用"互联网+"进行创新创业,并持续优化创新创业生态环境,建立健全"双创"容错保障机制。Under the historical background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, entrepreneurship and inno-vation have become the new development trend and dynamic engine. With the policies issued from the central and lo-cal government to support its construction, the city built with innovation and entrepreneurship has become the new thought and new direction for city development. Borrowing the advanced practice and experience from the first - class cities international and domestic with innovation and entrepreneurship such as silicon valley, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Chengdu etc. , and combined with the practical basis and local features of Zhengzhou City, we should strengthen the ternary coordinated drive of openness, innovation, and entrepreneurship, gather the high - end talents quickly, make full use of u internet ＋, optimize continuously the ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, and set up a sound fault - tolerant system as guarantee for mass innovation and entrepreneurship.
