摘 要:元胞自动机(CA)在划定城市增长边界方面具有重要作用。以往研究多侧重于传统规划理论下约束性CA的应用方面,而在保持景观的完整性及与规划目标(如城市发展方向、优质农田保护及生态环境保护等)的显式结合方面则较为不足。该文以徐州市中心城区为例,借鉴"反规划"理念,运用多准则判断CA模型,通过嵌入生态保护及城市发展方向等规划目标,模拟出徐州市2020年城市空间格局;在此基础上,进一步划定研究区的城市增长边界;将其与规划结果对比发现,该方法具有较好的适用性和可靠性,可为辅助规划实践及城市管理提供决策支持。Cellular Automata( CA) model was proved to be effective in urban expansion simulation. Recently,increasing atten- t ions have been directed toward its applicat ion in urban planning and Urban Growth Boundaries( U GBs) . T his paper presents a MCE CA model to delineate U GBs by embedding planning strategies from perspective of "Negative Planning". Taking Xuzhou in Jiangsu Province as a case study, the urban land use patterns in 2020 were predicted from both inertial trends in 2000- 2010 and planned urban development. Several planning factors, including direction of urban development from urban planning, suita-bility for ec:ological or agricultural developments and compactness were embedded into the MCE- CA model to simulate urban land use in 2020 and delineate the urban growth boundaries in the study area. Results showed that the MCE- CA model was ef-fective in delineating UGBs by embedding various planning goals from perspective of "Negative Planning".
