摘　　要：思想政治教育意识形态属性是指思想政治教育所承担的价值宣传、价值导向和价值规范功能,它确立在意识形态、价值观、思想政治教育三者相互关系的基础上。价值观既是意识形态的核心,也是思想政治教育的主要内容,它将思想政治教育与意识形态紧密连接。价值宣传、价值导向、价值规范作为主流意识形态教育的基本过程,同时也是思想政治教育意识形态功能的重要体现。价值宣传、价值导向和价值规范,分别构成了思想政治教育意识形态属性外在彰显、关键支撑和现实保障。The ideology attribute of Ideological and political education refers to the function of value propaganda, value orientation and value norms, which is established on the interrelation of the Ideology, values and ideolog-ical and political education. Values are both the core of ideology and the main content of ideological and political education, which connect ideological and political education with ideology closely. As the elementary process of mainstream ideology education, value propaganda, value orientation and value norms are also the embodiment of the ideological function of ideological and political education, and they respectively constitute the external mani-festation, key support and realistic guarantee of the ideology attribute of ideological and political education.
