摘  要:文章研究了一种基于短路电抗与振动分析相结合的绕组形变故障在线诊断方法。应用了一种只需在线测量出变压器高、低压侧绕组电压、电流向量的短路电抗在线监测算法对短路电抗进行在线监测,采用一种基于小波包能量熵的振动信号处理方法对振动信号进行分析。通过对S11-M-500/35变压器进行绕组形变下的模拟负载试验和短路冲击试验,得出绕组不同程度形变下变压器短路电抗和振动信号的变化特点。试验结果表明:当绕组产生较严重形变时,短路电抗法可及时反映出绕组的形变故障;当绕组产生轻微形变时,振动分析法可作为短路电抗法的有效补充,及时对绕组的微小形变进行反映。采用二者相结合的诊断方法,对及时判断变压器绕组形变故障具有重要意义。An online fault diagnosis method of winding deformation failure based on short circuit reactance and vibration analysis methods was studied. A short-circuit reactance online monitoring algorithm was proposed to monitor the short-circuit reactance online. The vibration signal processing method based on wavelet packet entropy was used to analyze the vibration signal. Through the simulated load test and short-circuit impact test of S11-M-500 / 35transformer under winding deformation, the characteristics of short-circuit reactance and vibration signal of transformer under varying deformation were obtained. The results showed that the short-circuit reactance method could reflect the deformation failure of the winding when the winding was serious deformed. When the winding was slightly deformed, the vibration analysis method could be used as an effective supplement to the short-circuit reactance method. The combination of the two diagnostic methods is of great significance to determine the deformation ofthe transformer winding failure.
