摘 要:为解决在采用特征值法求解判断矩阵过程中,由于所建立的判断矩阵往往都不是一致阵,这将不同程度的导致评价指标间权重系数排序关系错乱的问题,并且特征值法的计算量很大。为此采用序关系法,先确定评价指标重要性程度序关系,再确定相邻两个评价指标的相对重要性程度之比,最后经过简单计算就可求得权重系数。研究结果表明:计算量较特征值法成倍的减少,并且对元素或指标的个数没有限制。该方法具有保序性,不用构造判断矩阵,更无需一致性检验,减少计算量,便于应用。得出结论:将序关系法应用于结构可靠性评级中确定权重系数是非常实用和有意义的。In the process of solving the judgment matrix with eigenvalue method, the established judgment matrix is usually not consistent. This will lead to ordering relation disorder of weight coefficient among evaluation indexes. In order to solve the problem, the authors adopted the sequence relation analysis. The order relation of evaluation index importance degree was firstly determined, and then the relative importance degree ratios of the adjacent two evaluation indexes were obtained so that the weight coefficient could be gotten by a simple calculation. Compared with eigenvalue method, the computation of sequence relation analysis reduced greatly, and there was not limitation on the number of elements or index. With isotonicity and no judgment matrix and consistency check,the method is easy to use with less computation. Therefore, It is very practical and meaningful to use it to determine the weight coefficient in structural reliability grading.
