摘　　要：通过对影响废孔率各因数的分析,确定出主要原因,同时制订出控制废孔率的技术和管理措施,并认真地贯彻落实,以达到降低废孔率和降低穿孔费用的目的。The main causes are determined through analyzing all factors influencing the rate of abandoned well as wellas the technologies and management measures for controlling the rate of abandoned well are formulated and implemented se-riously to reduce the perforation costs.
