摘　　要：近年来,随着国内外几起混装车爆炸事故的发生,炸药混装车安全使用及监管问题也日渐突显。文中通过对白云铁矿化工厂现有乳化炸药混装车的安全现状分析,找出影响乳化炸药混装车安全性的关键问题,并通过技术手段予以改善,进一步提升了乳化混装车生产过程中的安全性及乳化炸药的监管力度,使乳化炸药安全生产迈向了一个新台阶。In recent years, with several domestic and foreign mixed loading truck explosion accidents occurring, the is-sues of safe use and supervision for mixed loading explosive truck are also increasingly prominent. In the paper, through the analysis of current security status of existing mixed loading emulsion explosive truck in Chemical Plant of Baiyunebo Iron Mine,the key problems affecting the safety of mixed loading emulsion explosive truck are found out and improved by means of technical ways to further enhance the safety in the process of mixed loading emulsion truck and supervision of emulsion explosive, so that the safety of emulsion explosives goes into a new step.
