摘　　要：文章以白云鄂博铁矿矿石生产管理为研究对象,在详细论述分析白云铁矿矿石生产工艺系统现状的基础上,为了优化铁矿石质量,白云铁矿通过完善矿石转载建设以及合理制定配矿管理措施,较好地提高了矿石的均匀性、稳定性,充分利用矿产资源,从而保证了白云鄂博铁矿输出矿石综合合格率。The paper takes ore production management in Baiyunebo Iron Mine as the research object. Based on d e -tailed analysis of ore production process system current situation in Baiyunebo Iron Mine, the uniformity and stability of ore is effectively improved through improving the ore construction and making rational ore blending measures by Baiyunebo Iron Mine, making full use of mineral resources so as to ensure comprehensive pass rate of output ore from Baiyunebo Iron Mine.
