摘　　要：从80 t工矿电机车IGBT直流斩波电气传动系统设计要求出发,阐述了IGBT直流斩波电气传动系统结构、主要技术指标、电路工作原理及特点。分析了IGBT直流斩波器无吸收回路技术特征,并对老车进行电气传动系统技术改造。改造后电缆使用数量大为减少。Based on the design requirements of IGBT DC chopper electric drive system for 80 t mining electric locomo-tive, this paper expounds the structure, main technical indexes, circuit working principles and characteristics of IGBT DC chopper electric drive system, analyzes the characteristics of IGBT DC chopper non - absorbing loop technology, and car-ries out the technical transformation of electric drive system for the old cars. After transformation, the using quantity of ca-bles has been greatly reduced.
