摘 要:汽车制动性是汽车安全行驶的重要保障。以某商用车为研究对象,分析了汽车制动距离及其影响因子。针对用户提出缩短试验对象制动反应时间的实际需求,构建了不同设计变量对车辆制动响应时间的影响。试验研究结果表明,制动系统压力的大小直接影响制动反应时间,制动系统较大储气容积装置对缩短汽车制动反应时间有利。另外制动反应时间与管径大小、管路布置形式,管路连接形式、管路长短等因素都有直接关系。研究成果为汽车制动系统优化匹配设计指明了研究方向,有利于指导工程实际应用。Automobile braking performance is an important guarantee for safe driving. Braking distance and its influence factors are analyzed using a commercial vehicle. The influence on vehicle braking response time for different design variables is built because of the client's actual demand of shortening the braking response time. The test results show that the pressure of braking system have direct influence on braking system response time. A larger gas storage volume device of braking system is beneficial for shortening the braking response time. In addition, factors like pipe diameter size、pipe arrangement form、pipe connecting format and pipe length are all have direct influence on braking system response time. The research result points out the direction for optimum match design of automobile braking system, and it's helpful to guide the practical application of engineering.
