摘  要:以潜油直驱螺杆泵为代表的无杆举升技术的应用范围越来越广,但是潜油直驱螺杆泵难以检查运行状态,导致运行成本增加。为此,设计了潜油直驱螺杆泵井下工况监测系统。该系统可监测井下的温度和压力信息,提前发现系统故障,保证系统的正常运转,并为故障诊断提供依据。工况监测系统采集井下的温度压力信号,将信号调制后采用电力载波的方式通过动力电缆将信号传递到地面,并解调显示在地面设备上。试验中井口显示的数据与实测数据误差在1%以内。该系统可以准确监测到井下信号并且可以正确地在井口显示,为潜油直驱螺杆泵的稳定运行提供了保证。The application of rodless lifting technology, which is represented by the ESPCP, is becoming more and more extensive. How ever, the difficult operating state monitoring of ESPCP leads to increased cost. To ad-dress the problem, the downhole working condition monitoring system for ESPCP has been designed. The system can monitor the downhole temperature and pressure, detect ESPCP system failure, ensure the normal operation, and provide bases for fault diagnosis. The working condition monitoring system collects the downhole temperature and pressure signal, and then uses the power line carrier wave method to transmit the modulated signal to the ground through the power cable and display the signal on the ground equipment after demodulation. The error of da-ta displayed at the wellhead is within 1 % compared with the measured data. The system can accurately monitor the downhole signal and can be correctly displayed at the wellhead, providing a guarantee for the stable operation of the ESPCP.
