摘　　要：胜利油田薄层稠油油藏层间差异大,油层跨度大、层多,采用笼统压裂防砂施工时会导致各小层改造不均,甚至有小层无法动用,有时出现压力突变,严重时使压裂防砂失败。为此,研制了拖动式分层压裂防砂管柱。该管柱具有反洗井装置,施工时可以不动管柱快速反洗井;具有单向密封装置,可防止洗井时充填砂大量返吐。利用该管柱可实现1趟管柱完成2层及以上的压裂防砂施工。该管柱在现场应用12口井,一次性施工成功率100%,所有施工井目前仍正常生产,最长连续生产时间930 d,施工后日产液量增幅均在2倍以上。应用拖动式分层压裂防砂管柱不仅实现了薄层稠油油藏的有效动用,而且降低了单井作业成本,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。The thin layer heavy oil reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield have the features of great interlayer differ -ences ,long reservoir section and multiple layers, which result in uneven treatment of thin layers using conventional fracturing and sand control operation, or even lead to untreated small layers, and sometimes causing pressure jump that may result in failure of fracturing and sand control. A drag-type multistage fracturing sand control string has been developed to address the issue. The string has a backwashing device that allows quick backwashing without tripping the string, and a one-way sealing device to prevent the packing sand from flowing back during washing well. The developed string can be used to complete two and more layers fracturing and sand control operation in one run. And it has been applied in 12 wells with 100% success rate of one-time operation. All the treated wells are still in normal production, with the longest continuous production time of 930 days, and over double increased daily flu -id production. Application of the drag-type multistage fracturing sand control string has not only achieved the effec-tive recovery of thin-layer heavy oil reservoirs, but also reduced the single well operating costs, presenting signifi -cant economic and social benefits.
