秸秆成型燃料应用于玉米干燥的设计及试验研究

摘　　要：以秸秆成型块为燃料,在专用的往复式炉排热风炉里进行充分燃烧,产生的高温烟气与定量空气混合后得到一定温度的热空气,用于批式循环谷物干燥机对玉米进行干燥.其干燥能力达到41.5 t·%/h,单位耗热量4 139.2 kJ/kg((H_2O)),玉米裂纹率增加值10.4%,玉米破碎率增加值0.3%,干燥不均匀度小于0.5%,其各项指标达到了相关标准的要求.The batch type circulating grain drier were performed for drying corn though a certain temperature ofhot air,which obtained by the quantitative air and high temperature flue gas hybrid,and the high temperature fluegas produced from the sufficient burning of straw briquette block in the cowper stove with dedicated reciprocatinggrate. All the indexes fitted well to the requirements of related standard with a drying capacity of 41.5 t·%/h,unitheat consumption of 4 139.2 k J/kg(H_2O),added value of the crack ratio of 10.4%,added value of corn broken rateof 0.3% and nonuniformity of drying less than 0.5%.
