江淮地区春柴胡HPLC特征图谱研究

摘　　要：目的建立春柴胡HPLC特征图谱,为春柴胡的质量评价提供依据。方法色谱条件:Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-1mL·L-1甲酸,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为365nm。以"中药色谱特征图谱相似度评价系统2004A版"对数据进行分析。结果建立了春柴胡HPLC特征指纹图谱的共有模式,共标定了7个共有峰,指认了其中3个共有峰分别为槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷、槲皮素和异鼠李素,并对10批春柴胡特征图谱与对照特征图谱计算相似度,其结果均大于0.96。结论建立的春柴胡HPLC特征图谱特征性和专属性强,方法快速、简便、可靠,可用于春柴胡药材的质量控制。To establish an HPLC fingerprint of ＇Bupleurum s corzon er i fol ium for quality control. The chromato-graphic separation was performed on Waters Symmetry C18 column （250 mmX4. 6 mm, 5 jum） and mobile phase consisting of ace-tonitrile and 1 mL ？ L 1 formic acid in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL · min 1 and the detection wavelength was 365 nm. Similarity evaluation system for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine （2004A） was used in the analy-sis. The chromatographic fingerprint was completed with 7 recognizable peaks and 3 of them （quercetin-3-〇-glucuronide,quercetin and isorhamnetin） were determined. The similarities of 10 batches of Bupleurum scorzonerif olium were higher than 0. 96.The established method could rapidly attain the identification and quality evaluation of Bupleurum scorzoneri fol ium.
