摘 要:目的建立测定复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中主要成分樟脑及薄荷脑含量的气相色谱(GC)法。方法采用GC法,色谱柱为JW123-7033(30m×0.32mm,0.50μm)毛细管柱;检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器;载气为氮气;程序升温(初始温度30℃,维持8min,升温速度10℃·min-1,最终温度180℃);萘为内标。结果樟脑和薄荷脑质量浓度的线性范围分别为0.50~4.04和0.50~4.02mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性实验的RSD值<3%;加样回收率分别为99.43%~100.00%和98.51%~102.55%,RSD值分别为0.19%和1.32%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于测定复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑及薄荷脑的含量测定。To establish a gas chromatography (GC) method to determine the contents of menthol and camphor in Com-pound Menthol Nasal Drops. The JW 123-7033 capillary column (30 mXO. 32 mm,0. 50 jum) was used. The detector wasflame ionization detector with nitrogen as carrier gas?and the temperature was increased according to a program (the initial tem-perature was 30 °C , maintained for 8 mins, then raised at 10 °C · min -1,the final temperature was 180 〇C ). A good linearrelationship was observed in the concentration range of 0. 50-4. 04 mg · mL- 1 for camphor and 0. 50-4. 02 mg · mL- 1 for menthol. The correlation coefficient (r ) was more than 0. 999 9 ,and the recovery w a s 99. 43%-l00. 0 0 % and 98. 5 1 % - 1 0 2 . 55% with R S D 0. 19 % and 1. 32% (n= 6) , respectively. The established method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used inthe rapid determination of menthol and camphor contents, which might contribute to improve the quality control standards of this preparation.
