摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Bi_4Si_3O_(12):Sm^(3+)荧光粉体,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱(PL)对Bi_4Si_3O_(12):Sm^(3+)荧光粉的结构和发光性能进行表征。研究发现:在850℃煅烧下得到Bi_4Si_3O_(12)纯相;PL谱表明该粉体从近紫外到蓝光范围内都可以得到有效激发。在紫外光激发下,产物有4个发射峰,分别位于468 nm和563 nm,600 nm,649 nm,归属于Bi^(3+)的3P1→1S0跃迁和Sm^(3+)的~4G_(5/2)→~6H_J(J=5/2,7/2,9/2)能级跃迁,并对Bi^(3+)和Sm^(3+)之间的能量传递机制进行讨论。在467 nm的蓝光激发下粉体呈现橙黄色发光,发射峰来源于Sm^(3+)的~4G_(5/2)→~6H_J特征辐射跃迁,且最强发射峰位于563 nm处,Sm^(3+)的最佳掺杂浓度为3mol%。Bi4Si3O(12):Sm^(3+)phosphors were prepared by a sol-gel technique. The crystal structure and its luminescence properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and fluorescence spectra( PL). The phase of the synthesized samples calcinated at 850 ℃ is pure Bi4Si3O(12) according to X-ray diffraction results. The luminescence spectra shows that Bi4Si3O(12):Sm^(3+)phosphors could be excited effectively by the light from ultraviolet ray to blue light. The energy transfer process from Bi^(3+) to Sm^(3+)under 260 nm excitation was discussed. The obtained phosphors exhibites a strong band at 468 nm belonging to the^3P1→^1S0transition of Bi^(3+),and another three emissions peaks at563 nm,600 nm,and 649 nm,which comes from ^4G(5/2)→^6HJ( J = 5/2,7/2,9/2) transition of Sm^(3+).While under excitation with 467 nm,only characteristic emission of Sm^(3+)corresponding to the ^4G(5/2)→^6HJ( J = 5/2,7/2,9/2) transition are found. The optimum dopant concentration of Sm^(3+)in( Bi(1-x) Smx)4Si3O(12) is 3mol%.
